Brief Introduction of the Project: Hudhufushi Island is located in Lhaviyani Atoll in the , Maldives. It is 65 miles from the Male International Airport and can be reached by sea plane in 45 minutes. The island has been awarded to TBI Maldives Pvt. Ltd. by the Maldives Government to be developed as a 400 bed tourist resort Hudhufsuhi Island is currently under development as a tourist resort. When completed, the resort will have 200 rooms, which include 150 villas and 50 water bungalows and will feature exquisite F&B outlets, diving school, health spa, gym, conference rooms and all other related facilities associated with a high class resort hotel.
At present, all of the staff area has been completed. Thirty percent of the guest rooms and public areas have also been completed. It is envisaged that the remaining works can be completed in 9 months.
Requirements for the investor partners: To be wholly managed and operated by Chinese companies catering to the Chinese market.
